Vegur


Vegur (Icelandic for road) is the perfect all around bike. If you’re going bikepacking in Iceland, want to ride some nice singletracks or for the daily commute, Vegur does it all. A slightly slacker geometry, a not to short back-end, disc brake specific and with enough room for 45mm tires, it gives enough control and comfort on any surface, even fully packed. Put some slick 28mm tires on it and you can easily join your asphalt loving friends.

    • Vegur 2024:
  • Tubeset: Standard Columbus Zona. But fancier tubesets (Life etc) are an option. 
  • Headtube 44mm for ZS44/EC44 headset.
  • 3D printed stainless steel flatmount 142×12 dropouts. UDH and Sram Transmission compatible from summer ’23.
    IS or Postmount dropouts are an option.
  • Max tyre size: 47x700C, but 45mm max recommended.
  • Max chainring size: standard at least 42t for 1x drivetrain or 46/30 on 2x. Bigger chainrings are possible as an option.
